1) When will my order be shipped?
Normally, orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day. During busy periods such as public holidays such as Christmas, the processing time may be longer.
2) How to check the status of my order?
For customers who do not have an account, please check the email address you need to enter during checkout; you will receive an email to learn the latest status of your order.
If you have registered an account on our website, please visit our website, log in to your account, and you can view detailed order information in “My Orders”. You can view your recent order information (including tracking information) as well as historical order information.
3) Items not received.

Since all delivery options on Venulure are trackable, please check the tracking information first.
