Refund and Return Policy
Unless there is a manufacturing defect, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returned goods must be in their original unopened packaging with all labels and markings intact.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned.
Returns must be approved by Venulure and can be discussed via email, details below.

Venulure will not accept any return for customs errors,
Due to possible customs duties, we are unable to provide free imports for overseas customers.
Venulure will not pay for duties and taxes incurred on importation or importation unless specified by Venulure.
Products must be new, unused, with original tags and markings in the original packaging, and must be restored within 30 days of purchase.
If we confirm that the product is indeed defective, Venulure will refund the original payment method (less shipping costs) or cover the new shipping costs of the replacement.
